Just over a whole year ago, I was asked by Kefka44 on Twitter to give my two-cents on one of the greatest RPG games ever made, Chrono Trigger! I was a bit late to the game (literally), not having played it until the 2009 DS remake, finally getting to enjoy what long-time fans had experienced since the 90's. But, to have the OG perspective on the time-travelling adventure, I brought on Ash Paulsen from GameXplain to talk with me! Chrono and his friends go through some incredible times (also literally) together, all accompanied by a super in-depth turn-based battle system that still holds up to this day. Hop aboard the Epoch and take a listen to our look-back at the unforgettable journey of a spiky-haired kid, a princess, a techie, a frog, a caveman and a robot.
