So I've been thinking... I think the different time periods must be running on some kind of unified passage of local time... Imagine it like NASA's Mission Elapsed Time: The group was at MET zero until the first jump through time, and then seconds, minutes and hours started to be added to the MET as you'd expect. Then, whenever they go to a different time period, the MET must be added locally. You get me?

All that is to say: Time hasn't ever really been the party's side; there's no such thing as a free lunch; Crono's mom is in serious danger, hope they find her soon.
