Freestyle Boardin' '99 was released in February 1999 for the PS1 (and Saturn in Japan). It was developed by Atelier Double (who made The Bard's Tale for NES, and Penguin Land for Game Boy), and published by Capcom ---- which brings forth the question: why, Capcom?

This game is late 90's as all heck. That's the nicest thing I can say about it.
