We're back with more Let's Try videos, but this time with some BLAST PROCESSING - that's right, Sega Genesis Let's Try videos, baby!

Mazin Saga: Mutant Fighter was released in 1993 for the Sega Genesis, developed by Almanic Corporation (EVO for SNES, Cosmic Carnage for 32X), and published by Vic Tokai (Decap Attack, Top Gear 2).

This is a really solid move-from-left-to-right-and-hit-things-that-get-in-your-way. I specifically like the sense of scale the game gives you when you see the giant foot or head in the first level. That feels a lot like the first level of Turtles in Time to me. The giant-robot-anime-battles are also awesome.

The thing that really sets this game apart is the frames of animation. I can't think of too many games that have more specific frames of animation for every single moment done by characters. It looks awesome, and I can only imagine it looks even better on a tube TV. I'd play this one, any way you can. Thanks for watching!
