Starshot: Space Circus Fever was released on June 22, 1999 for the Nintendo 64 -- it received a Windows version that released a few weeks before the N64 version. It was developed and published by Infogrames, which still exists as Atari SA. As Infogrames, they developed and published a lot of games during the 90s and early 2000s, ranging from pretty okay to absolutely awful -- these include Hogs of War (PS1), Micro Machines (PS2), and Wacky Races (Dreamcast).

Wow. I have to say, I am legitimately impressed with how awful this game is -- this is definitely in contention for the worst N64 game. Yes, I am saying that this game is just as bad as the infamous Superman 64. Superman 64 is awful in every way, but at least the music isn't as absolutely grating as Starshot... and at least Superman 64 switches up the gameplay in different levels -- this game is just purgatory.

I'll let the video speak for itself, but I am genuinely amazed at how bad this game is, especially since it didn't come out super late in the N64's lifespan. Sometimes the rarest games really are the worst, huh? Regardless, thanks for watching!
