Xena: Warrior Princess was released for the PS1 in 1999. Xena, the show ran from 1995-2001, making this game release relatively late in the life of the show.

Xena was developed by Universal Digital Arts, which was eventually renamed as Vivendi Games. They developed or published (it isn't super clear how much or a developer, or publisher they were) The Thing (PS2/Xbox), a bunch of Spyro/Crash games for handheld, and that's about it. Electronic Arts speaks for itself.

Regarding 'speaks for itself', we have to admit this game defied expectations. When you hear 'Xena Warrior Princess on PS1' you imagine the worst, but this game is actually pretty solid. Sure, it gets boring really quick, but if you're a fan of the show, this is definitely one you're going to want to play through. Thanks for watching!
