Pitball was released in late 1996 for the Playstation 1. It was developed by Warner Interactive Entertainment (Primal Rage, and about 15 other mediocre to awful games) and published by Accolade (who published blessed Bubsy 3D).

This might be the worst game we've played on this PS1 Let's Try pilgrimage, folks. The idea - the only sport that exists in the 23rd century - is cool, but literally done before on the PS1 (BallBreakers, which we also tried on this channel), but everything else is awful. The controls are unbelievably slippery, it's impossible to score, it gets boring after less than a minute --- this is a truly terrible game, folks. I can't imagine the season mode is any better, and, I can't imagine actually playing a full season of this.
