21What started as a standard playthrough of Cities: Skylines has now evolved into something more challenging. Having built the city up to 100,000 citizens it became apparent that I'd done a terrible job - regular plagues are wiping out the population, growth is small and traffic is abysmal. The challenge, then, is to turn the city around and build something glorious out of the ashes of the old town.
