Cletus OM0 without drowning from save file 1.57
8Low fps seems to make it easier, just sucks none the less.
Have to start and fail the mission normally, specifically point a gun at cletus then shoot satellite dish. After respawn get into position with combat stance, then hit DM just before getting on asphalt. Locked fps makes it easier, 25 seems to be the threshold before it gets slow on enter input. Recommend unlocking fps before getting out of 2nd menu, so you can c4 yourself. If it didn't work DM select was late, if you go into DM it was early, should be 2-3 frame window at 30fps for the trick, pretty much selecting DM out of range, then flash between second screen is getting in range(onto asphalt, better if you just find the spot yourself).
