Let's talk about how to create context actions and allow clicking on things in Unreal! We'll talk about how to hijack the mouse event system.
Please note this approach doesn't like the debug "eject" command, and I moved the dialog box to below the center of the screen specifically to prevent potentially getting in the way of the mouse events.
