Climb a Mountain and Grow a Golden Clover in Cloudy Valley Playthrough
7A playthrough of Cloudy Valley where I complete the main story of reaching the top of the mountain and planting the golden clover seed. Cloudy Valley is such a cozy game, and I can see the inspiration from A Short Hike. Cloudy Valley does stand on its own, and I enjoyed exploring the archipelago, meeting the cute characters, and completing some of the questions. However, there are a few improvements that could be made. The inventory system is just a long list, and it was a bit inconvenient having to scroll to find the shovel or check how many tokens I had. There is also not a map or a journal to keep track of quests. Therefore, if you find an item, it can be hard to remember where you had to go and which character to talk to especially when you get closer to the end of the game. That said, Cloudy Valley is a charming game that I do recommend playing.
In Cloudy Valley, you play as Pix as you go on summer vacation and explore the archipelago at your own pace.
