There is a "new" C++ IDE from JetBrains, CLion Nova. This is a branch of their popular CLION C++ IDE, but with the ReSharper/Rider engine running under it instead of the Legacy Java/Kotlin runtime. While it is in EAP it is completely free to use. Eventually it will be merged back into CLion Classic, resulting in a new version faster and more feature rich version of CLion.
