GDevelop, a free and open source visual code based game engine, just released GDevelop 5.3. Among the biggest new features since GDevelop 5.2 is the addition of 3D support including new 3D lighting and a 3D particle system object. The editor is still not 3D so your mileage may certainly vary. There are also several quality of life improvements including the excellent addition of folders and removal of tags!
