Details:

Increases the attack power of shots fired from weapons and ranged gifts by 50% for 30 seconds.
Does not affect melee type skill effects, including those useable with the bayonet.
Does not affect light/dark type gifts.
Cooldown: 5 seconds

Active IFF:
Enemies at close range will appear on your radar for 15 seconds.

Binding Mark:
Temporarily applies the slow effect to your current weapons for 30 seconds.
The buff persists while swapping weapons.
