For this build we use the Queen Blood Code (obtained in true ending). You can use another code with at least a B in mind. Willpower should also be at least a B.
You can use either the Suicidal Spur or Black Blood Liberator veils.
Passives: Swift Destruction (Rin's Blood Code), Ichor Boost (Harmonica) or Vow of Ichor (Isis), Gift Speed Up (Queen's Claw [don't save Successor of the Claw]), and Survival Instinct (Hades).
Actives: Guard of Honor (Artemis), Fourfold Verdict (Isis), and Purging Thorn (Queen), Gift Speed Booster (Harmonica), Chaotic Ash (Queen), Blood Sacrifice (Hunter), and Cognitive Zeal (get 10 medal of honor).
Just stand far away and run around while locked-on to target and cast away~
Pretty cheesy.
