Shock Web is a very lame gift.....at the outset. The first time you encounter this gift, you may wish to dismiss it altogether. However, once the gift is paired with Blood Awakening from Mia's communal, the gift has a cooldown of 2.5 seconds and an ichor cost of 1! This paired with Will-o'-the-Wisp allows the revenant to only use 2 ichor per cooldown cycle. This allows for massive ichor recovery and usage due to the extremely cheap costs of the active gifts. Also, Revenant Dagger recovers 0.5 ichor per successful dagger throw. This is actually useful with this setup as two daggers allow for enough ichor recovery to use one active gift. As there is no other possible way to increase the ichor recovery of this passive, this is the best application I've found so far for Revenant Dagger. If you have other options, I'd love to hear about it.
