According to The Mega Man Network a Comcept rep has stated that they will be withholding rewards to members who where "banned" from the Comcept forums as of yet i am unable to confirm nor deny that this is happening.

My issue here is that i feel that Comcept have been extremely shady about this and other issues and have literally messed fans around so much that people are getting extremely fed up with the companies alleged practices.

As always leave an opinion and I am looking into this alot more including sending emails out trying to get some sort of confirmation.
