This is Command and Conquer, a legendary RTS-game made by Westwood Studios back in 1995. I'm no stranger to Command and Conquer-franchise, I grew up playing Red Alert 1/2, and I've played most of the C&C games, excluding the infamous Command and Conquer 4. We'll be joining the Global Defense Initiative, in an attempt to stop The Brotherhood of Nod, and it's charismatic leader, and one of the most known video game antagonists - Kane.

While Doom and Duke3d are the backbone of this channel (yes, even the almighty Doom gets boring at times, unfortunately), it feels good to have something else going on every once and a while. Doom and Duke 3d will continue as planned, so no dramatic content changes are expected in the long run.

I grew playing Red Alert 1 and 2. I did touch the original C&C once back in the 90s, but since Red Alert was already out, I saw C&C more of a "downgrade", so I wasn't really interested in it. I did get Command and Conquer: The First Decade, but I played mostly RA2 and Generals, and I left the older titles be, as I had gotten used to their controls / balancing.

Since this LP is mostly done blind, which means that I have not played 75% of these campaign missions before, don't expect superior / clever tactics from me as I'm going through them, but slow grinding and sometimes, finding out things the hard way (like mission 8 or 9 lol). I was quite "rusty" for most of the campaign, but I got the hang of things in later missions.

I made subtitles for the cutscenes myself, probably futile since you have captions here on YT already, but just for fun that is (and English is not my native language). The name of General Mark Jamison Sheppard is mistakenly dubbed "Shepherd" here.
