Put Boris in the Amphibious Transport and send it a bit south west. Put 3 conscripts in each Flak Track (one will probably get destroyed) and send it over the bridge and heading north to avoid the Pillboxes. Then head west and release them near the building north of the Psychic Beacon. Garrison it and destroy it.

When you regain control build a few extra Grizzlies and group your Grizzlies, Rhinos and all but the Elite and another IFV.
Put the Sniper in the Elite one, and Tanya in the other, and pick the Sniper&Tanya IFV, the Seal, as well as a Flak Track with 5 GIs (wasn't needed, but good back up).

Send your Transport along the river, whilst your remaining vehicles create a distraction at the front gate. Garrison a few buildings near your base to save time later too if you want.

Send your Transport in and take out the Slave Miners and nearby Gattling Cannon, as well as any units that try to take you on.
Blow up the barrels, and Boris should be able to Airstrike the Psychic Dominator.

Yuri will sell up, and all his units will head for your base.
Mop them up.
