Believe it or not, War Miners are great units for this level. They have tough armour, can't be mind controlled and make quick work of the bulk of the Yuri forces you'll face.

Get the two Derricks (there's a third in a central location too if you want) and get your Economy going. 8 Harvesters will do, and a few War Factories for reducing production time helps too.

In the SE try and make your way NW by building hopping with Conscripts and using V3s. When you've cleared enough, make a blockade of War Miners near the other end of the bridge and bombard with several V3s. Send Iron Curtained Demo Trucks in to take out the Power, and then send Romanov in, in a Flak Track.
