All you need here is Battle Bunkers and a nice sized Typhoon fleet. Most people try to set up in the SE because it's closer to the Sub Pen. I prefer the NE location.

Start a base up. Get a couple of Refineries and then put up 6+ Battle Bunkers (4 at least in the SE-NE line. Load them up with Conscripts. A few Terror Drones may help, but I like to get straight to Subs.
10 Subs + the other boats as bait should do.
Rush south and then west. Stick west of the massive statue and rush the Sub Pen, use your Scorpions to lure and distract any Boomers at the mouth of the dock.

Once the Sub Pen has been destroyed Yuri will sell up and rush you. I say rush, but it will take many waves of his initiates, clones, other units, and those bulky Slave Miners before he finally loses all of his units. Killing Miners might leave Slaves to weaken any forces incoming. Another good idea is to use a couple of Kirovs to force fire along the routes they'll take, and the splash damage will weaken/destroy everything that comes along.

Once the last LAND unit is down it's mission accomplished, and you'll see Yuri's plan revealed.

Time to head into space for a showdown of cosmic proportions.
