5This level reminds me of a Kane's Wrath level in a way where you have to defend a lab.
This one is a bit more fun though, and if you're good defending it isn't needed.
Get rid of the Tech Inhibitor with an Orbital Dump + Twinblades.
Twinblades are awesome hit and run units, and great for expanding with their ability to pick up vehicles. Using them en masse similar to how I played Kane's Challenge in Kane's Wrath will get you through most of the levels.
With the Inhibitor down, focus on removing the allied forces from the small islands, expanding for resources at the same time.
15-20 Twinblades will do very nicely, though you may want to leave a handful behind near a Crusher Crane to defend your base and get promoted. Akula Subs will help deal with any Naval threat.
When you have the three islands (let your ally have one if you want) focus on removing the naval threat and then bombarding them with Dreadnoughts.
Wipe out the Allied threat and before capturing the Lab set up some defences and replenish your losses. Capture the Lab and either defend or destroy the allied base to win the level.
