10A pretty fun level. You don't have to worry about your ally too much, they seem to do well here. It's tempting to do the whole naval portion with Stingrays, but they're too expensive for what they do. Their versatility is the reason for their price.
You want the Dreadnoughts as soon as possible. Focus on setting them free and getting the Shipyard to repair them. Use the special ability of the Stringrays when enemies are close, and when you have the Dreadnoughts use them to destroy everything with your ally chucking his units away, they'll opt for a land strike.
The NW base can be taken out with Dreadnoughts alone.
Use their secondary function after capturing the Shipyard as it will damage them slowly. Pay attention to their health though as you'll want to deactivate it to allow them to repair. If you manage to get one to an Elite rank it will be able to shoot the final objective meaning you don't need to have a land force.
