This mission is somewhat hard and is the last mission of the Poland campaign, because you need to repair all of your buildings and units each time the MAD tank strikes. Anyhow, quickly build some medium tanks and spies, then get the spies to infiltrate each of the 3 tech centers in the Soviet base to the south east. You will then reveal a location of another Soviet base in an island. The only way to get to it though is via chronotanks, so hopefully they did not get destroyed at the start of the mission. Use them to then destroy the Soviet plant on that island.

Your absolutely much needed unit here is the mechanic, because they provide FREE repairs to your vehicles, including the expensive chronotank - so keep your tanks alive. Once done, destory all other enemy units and buildings to win the mission.
