9The year refer to the levels by the year the game was released, C&C for the PS1 came out in '97, and the N64 version came out in '99.
The early part of this level is probably the only hard bit to be honest, and only because of RNG.
You don't want to many Minigunners coming out of the Turrets, and you don't want to lure the Flame Tank. I take it out just for safety purposes.
The Minigunner/Humvee group can take out the Buggies and get your Medium Tanks who in turn can take out the two Light Tanks once they're distracted.
Also take out the Light Tank north of the Southern base to get an MLRS and then get the 2nd one whilst taking out the Turret.
Try to keep your Commando in decent health, or at least alive.
He's better to use for sniping Infantry whilst your vehicles take out structures. I wouldn't use Grenadiers as sponges for the smaller base.
The final base might see your vehicles damaged before entering, so I would use the Grenadiers here as sponges whilst your vehicles deal most of the damage to the Turrets. Then mop up this Northern base.
