If you've played this level normally, you'll see that when I attack the base there's less structures.
The AI doesn't start with all structures. The War Factory, inner defenses, second Refinery, Silos, and additional Power are all missing.
Get your Apache from the base and use it as bait to lure the Orcas. the Chinook can be landed inside their base to avoid the Commandos receiving Missiles to the face from their Mammoths. Take out the Construction Yard, and the Advanced Comms Centre, it won't stop their Ion Cannon use, as the other three Comms. Centres seem to be able to provide this service.
They'll only have infantry left producing, as well as periodic infantry reinforcements via Chinook. Until the vehicles are dealt with, you'll be on the back foot, but it's more than manageable. I prefer Turrets to Obelisks for this level, losing a Turret to an Ion Cannon is only $600, and two Turrets and a Flamethrower are just as good as an Obelisk to be honest.
