Stream recording of my Command and Conquer run.

You start the mission off with some Hover MLRS units and an APC full of engies you need to recapture the base.

MLRS got good range and damage, you can kite units and fire over terrain, follow the river to the GDI base and then capture the barracks and a few power plants to disable a chunk of firestorm to get rest of engies to MCY.

Once you got a base defended, mass up units and then get an attack going on the NOD base, preferably from the rear and use Titans because NOD now has artillery and it hurts and they got them parked all over the place.
