Community Building with Game Thinking
Community Building with Game Thinking
Part of building a strong online community is to set up an effective customer feedback loop. In this video Game Thinking Academy founder Amy Jo Kim explains how one teacher set up a weekly poll to get feedback from her students, and then took action based on their suggestions, which built trust with her students. You'll also hear how another teacher ignored feedback from students and failed to take action, angering and breaking trust with her students.
You can apply this Game Thinking principle of using feedback and investment to increase engagement, and build better products and improve retention.
