I have not modified the software, currently all the governors are default.

There is a large dump and cleaning session. Oh well, the 5700U was removed from the server cluster, so I took the time to throw away it's back panel, and the stock cooler, it is was positively tiny, and replace it with a relatively small desktop tower. The Thermaltake Contac 9 I got from Micro Center. Due to a lack of a fan connector, and maybe it wasn't necessary at all, but I also tied my two 60mm fans to the back of the tower heatsink.

Nice to see the Ryzen 7 5700U actually keeping up with the desktop computer with a Ryzen 5 3600 actually. I think we can use some tuning through.
