I have no idea what I am doing, don't worry. I just want to see if I can somehow make the CPU sustain 3.3GHz indefinitely. But setting the --max and --min seems to have the opposite effect of locking clock at high frequencies.
And even if I managed to set a high frequency, the CPU gradually falls to under 3GHz anyways.
