I don't exactly know what is the issue. Even if I only boost half the cores and have the others run at minimum frequency. Then good, I start off with higher clocks, way closer to the MaxMHz. My cores at hitting 4GHz.
But inevitably it still drops down to under 3GHz in about the same time as all the cores boosting at 3.3GHz.

I was thinking we can rival the 5600X lol, two extra cores and somewhat similar MaxMHz. But at least, we are able to mostly compete with the 3600.
