Ultimately, the conclusions here are that the CD-i version is the most complete, and best quality version of the game, but if you want to play with a lightgun and/or a friend, then the abridged Saturn 1996 releases are for you.

I have been studying and researching the topic for another project and found that online information sources were propagating incorrect information. As I am probably now one of only a handful of people, outside of the original developers, that has learned so much real information about this game's video content, i felt i was in a position to make informed corrections to the game's Wikipedia article. Unfortunately, as there is no other source for the information outside of my own strutinisations, my edits were reverted due to lack of citable evidence. - even though the old incorrect information had no citations!. So I wrote the blog post to present as a citable source of information, presenting the information i learned as concisely as I can. And i thought that an accompanying video would be a good thing, so this is it.

I expect this video will have very limited appeal, but I don't care. i'm not a view chaser. But if you found the info useful, then feel free to like and consider subscribing. And if you think someone you know will benefit from the information here, then share a link.

All gameplay in this video was recorded by me using a Retrotink 5X. The CD-i and all three Saturn versions were played on real hardware and RGB scart cables for the capture. The PlayStation version was played in an emulator on a Raspberry Pi, and the MS-DOS version was played using DosBox on a Raspberry Pi.
