0When you try to start, test play your GameMaker GML Visual Tower Defense Template nothing happens ?
Or to be more precise errors happen !
Couple of those, and you can see them in Console window, under Compile Errors Tab.
To start our game we need to get rid of those bugs, and we will do that in more detail in next video.
So far, this video was made only to show you that you can never be sure with game assets but game dev in general too.
Not even when you use official GameMaker engine marketplace and download official GameMaker tutorial template asset !
This situation happens a lot with different game engines and their asset stores too.
Especially in modern times where they endlessly update their engines almost on daily basis.
That, combined with lack of customer support and official reaction or help on those topic results in people giving up on specific game engines and game dev.
Yeah, I know companies push and support mostly only newest products, but nevertheless some of those errors are for those too.
And thankfully to some people here, there are comments this happened to others.
