Condemned 2: Bloodshot | 1440p | Longplay Full Game Walkthrough No Commentary
Full game longplay of Condemned 2: Bloodshot, a sequel to Criminal Origins, released as a console exclusive, for PS3 and X360 only, in March 2008, this being the PS3 version.
Categorized as a psychological FPP survival horror of sorts, large aspect of the combat is melee, using fists, bricks, chairs, brooms, toilets, and anything else you can find while going through dilapidated urban areas.
Not much difference from X360, resolution is the same, perhaps antialiasing is the "quincunx" soap solution instead of MSAA. Oh, and framerate seems to be in some way unlocked, the v-sync is adaptive and can get disengaged if there ain't much action around, but when some actions hits, the FPS hits, *HARD*. Input latency is the biggest problem in those moments, especially when aiming with weapons, that is some serious bullshit.
Condemned 2: Bloodshot takes place 11 months after the events of the first Condemned: Criminal Origins. The mysterious phenomenon causing insane violence and mass psychosis amongst Metro City's homeless population has only gotten worse, with massive riots breaking out across the city. Protagonist Ethan Thomas, having resigned from the FBI's Serial Crime Unit after the events of the Serial Killer X investigation, has been caught in a downward spiral and now finds himself homeless, violent, and an alcoholic. He still suffers from paranormal visions, and his alcoholism even manifests as an antagonistic alter-ego that taunts him during his hallucinations.
