Large map, Dawn of a New Age, six opponents, lots of demons.

The Demonologist relies on sacrifices in order to upgrade themselves and summon demons. The catch though is unlike the Witch, how much they can offer is limited based on their current tier. Apprentices can only offer no sacrifices or minimum sacrifices while your primary champion can offer more for safer summons.

Unfortunately much like the witch, the higher the summon means the higher the risk even if you do provide extra sacrifices. You also can't farm forests like the witch. But, they have a full supply of recruits they can use to support their cause including heavy infantry and crossbowmen.

I found that the minor summons are the most cheap and reliable and summon incredibly good units that can act as meat shields for your crossbowmen. Or you can even summon more casters and summoners that summon demons in battle. Its a vicious cycle.

For some reason, this playthrough had a nasty cause of the random creep spawn where they seemed to appear out of nowhere and take over my stuff. It made the map far more annoying as i had to constantly spread troops around just to try and mitigate the boars and deer that kept taking over cities.
