3F1 Circus CD is a licensed Formula 1 racing simulation released for the Sega CD on March 18, 1994. Developed by Cream Co., Ltd. and published by Nihon Bussan (Nichibutsu), it’s notable for being the only game in the F1 Circus series to feature a fully first-person cockpit view, moving away from the franchise’s traditional top-down and bird’s-eye perspectives.
The game offers four distinct race modes, Exhibition choose from 1960s–1990s F1 cars to race on Tokyo GP. Test Drive practice or time trial using official 1991–1993 F1 teams on 24 tracks. Formula Mega start as a rookie, earn money, and rise through the F1 ranks. and F1 World Championship compete in a 16-race season to win the title.
