Spent some time with Franc, and told him about the dismal past the country went through because I felt he was old enough for it! Also met my Health and Education ministers to discuss what is going on in one of my poorer regions, as well as what we can do in the upcoming budget discussion.

Also finally got down to finalizing the constitutional changes I want to make with my team! The only problem now is getting it through the Assembly and finally the Supreme Court of Justice! It's going to be tough because there are a lot of changes I made that might not make everybody happy, especially the Supreme Court!

I also had a little get-together with some affluent members of the oligarchs, where I had a good time until Walter Tusk tried to bribe me once more, which I firmly denied! I want to arrest him, but at the same time I don't want to anger them, so the tightrope is getting thinner and longer! Check out part 5 of my Suzerain Gameplay!
