When Konami released Contra the Atari 2600 was still, somehow, getting commercial releases so I have to wonder, would they have if they could have? We all know now about how restrictive Nintendo contracts were but had they not been so tough, what would Contra have looked like if it was released on the Atari 2600, or even the 7800? While we will never know what an official release might have looked like, that is not stopping fans from trying their hand at making this what if a reality. That is exactly what Contractors by Kiki2600 games.
