Boring video about how to convert karma into gold. In short, pact mapping materials are not the best and a chore, POF trade caches is a double farm and mystic forge flushing is a good decent middle ground for an old lazy boi like me.

PS. Oldgate gloves also can be dumped into forge, somehow order matters for the forge (bug free game), just FYI. Tried filling from the last bottom slot and it worked.
