This is the biggest production that we ever had to do. We went above and beyond to produce this with a big team.
Just for clarification, the news reporters are named Joe Winter and Theo Clement, thanks to them for their role.
In college we had to pick 5 news stories that we had to report and do a news story on. As a group, we all gathered a few and I think some of mine got chosen. This was also produced in a time pre Covid-19 and we all had an enjoyable experience.

My role (Dan Wakefield) in the production was I had to fill in a lot of the paperwork such as the risk assessments and the location checklist. This is real stuff you have to do when producing media in college from personal experience. I helped to come up with the name, the logo and the script as well as the being the middle cameraman. I had to keep things PG so I had fun writing in a PG way.

Jack Hamilton was a cameraman while filming the news reporters. It was a huge camera which was difficult to maneuver and the directors would cut from camera to camera.

Robbie Thompson was also a cameraman and floor manager.

Tom Pennington was the man who operated the camera set up switching from one camera's POV to the next, being the vision mixer.

Adam Thomas was a damn fine director of the product delivering unique ideas and suggestions.

Josh Turner was the sound operator, in the studio and on location. A master of the boom pole.

Jacob Varley designed the stop motion intro and the outro credits, one of the people in charge of editing the pieces together. In a shorter cut, this one features the Crab Rave theme. If I find it, I will post it. It would feature at the end credits.

This was a great project to be a part of and I'm glad that we were able to complete this one.

We as a news team did ask permission to film the people who appeared within this program. A big thank you to those people.
