456Prepare for the most brutal & heartbreaking moment in my gaming history! After checking out some Cosmodread Quest 2 gameplay in yesterdays video I thought I'd dive into the PC VR version of this VR survival horror / VR roguelike game and see how Cosmodread PC VR gameplay stacks up against the native VR version. I also stumbled into the best run I've had yet & might just be able to call this a Cosmodread full playthrough...but will I be able to make it all the way to the end or will heartbreak strike at the worst possible time...
This Cosmodread VR gameplay was captured using the PC VR version of the game, higher resolution textures and far more detailed enemy models make this this best way to currently experience Cosmodread. The Quest 2 version is great but jumping into the full blown PC VR version really shows the full extent of the horrifying world this game has to offer. I've become completely addicted to this game already, if you're looking for VR sci fi horror games or a VR horror roguelike then Cosmodread is the best of the best right now. Just don't get too excited if you think you've made it to the Cosmodread ending...things can still go wrong when you think you might be safe!

I am a huge fan of Dead Space, I would do terrible things for a Dead Space VR game but at this stage I'm happy to settle for Sci-Fi survival horror titles that have a similar vibe. Cosmodread has that vibe, the Sci-Fi follow up to the incredible Dreadhalls is finally here & it's ready to fulfil all your Quest 2 roguelike & Quest 2 survival horror needs. Cosmodread VR has exploded onto the scene & horror fans should definitely set aside some time to check this one out, formally known as Cosmophobia this Dreadhalls follow up taps into everything that made that classic VR title so popular (and so terrifying) whilst also giving players more versatility & options (crafting, weapons, unlockable blueprints, perks etc...). Let's dive into some Cosmodread gameplay / Cosmodread Quest 2 gameplay & see how this stacks up against the other VR roguelikes & VR survival horror games already on the market!
Cosmodread probably won't be for the faint of heart, the quiet building tension & incredible sound design kept me on edge for the entirety of this playthrough. However you could argue that the experience here with Cosmodread VR is more forgiving than Dreadhalls as you can now defend yourself and take down the threats that pursue you throughout the derelict spaceship, using crossbows, pistols, shotguns and whatever weapons you can find and craft to survive is thrilling and makes every playthrough different. With constantly changing layouts the Cosmodread gameplay loop will be different each time you play & I for one will be returning time and time again to unlock everything and ultimately escape to the safety of earth.
