21. Successfully intalled the LED strips
2. installed the diffuser upside down, that was bad, as the lower half was brighter than the top.
3. Tried to switch it back, but I wasn't paying attention the second thime and I cracked the screen
Maybe I could have lived with this solution, if I didn't crack it.... with the dark spots on the right and bright spots on the bottom...
THE SOLUTION WOULD HAVE BEEN to grind off a 1-2mm strip from the bottom of the diffuser, where it was burned by the defective LEDs.
PS: Also if you have an edge lit TV or monitor plz cool it, or run it at lower brightness. Have it repaired when the first LED burns out.
