Time for another boss fight, but this time it's... A FLYING LEVEL?! Oh geez, the last time that happened we found ourselves facing N. Gin in Crash 3, and you may remember the massive headache that was!

Fortunately, this boss is nowhere near as bad as that one. For one thing, all the attacks in this fight are well telegraphed and he doesn't send everything at you all at once like N. Gin does.Crunch has his pattern, you simply need to respond appropriately to each attack. No simultaneously watching for other attacks going off at the same time, no enemy planes shooting at you from behind, no nonsense. This is probably my favorite boss in the game, because not only does it provide a fun and fair challenge, it looks pretty cool as well. This game may not be perfect, but when it delivers, it does it well.
