Crash Bash: Adventure Part 47: Ring Ding (Trophy)
This is the first stage of the 3rd and final extra game mode called "Medieval Madness".
This style is an interesting one. All four of its stages run under completely different rules from each other! An extra of extras!
This starts with Ring Ding. Everyone retains the same color they were assigned to in Pogo Pandemonium, marked by the shadow under their feet turned into a light of that color. With that in mind, you have to keep jumping around to pop the balloons that match your color.
The one with the most points when time runs out wins. Pop the wrong balloon and you get kicked down for a moment.
The ring in "Ring Ding" refers to a ring that either turns clockwise or counterclockwise, which can affect the speed of your movement when trying to reach your balloons. This can be alleviated by picking up the blue Hover Boots, which lets you ignore the ring's turning momentum (including if you wanted to move faster by following its direction, mind you).
Another power-up is a Vacuum that sucks in all of your balloons of your color.
There's also a black balloon that can cause different effects:
All regular balloons turn into the user's color for a few seconds.
All regular balloons that aren't the user's color all vanish.
The ring changes direction.
The hottest combo you can pull here is picking up a Vacuum and then having the black balloon turn every other balloon into your own. From there, the opponents will most DEFINITELY want to kick the Vacuum off of you.
Another delicate thing at play is that all balloons you spawned in this matter may behave differently from other effects depending on whether they’re truly your color or just temporarily such.
You control your characters just the same as you can in Crate Crush, besides their improved jumps in this stage. However, you can't kill anyone with your kicks. Just slow them down or force them to lose their power-up.
