Hey everyone and welcome to The Space in Between. Here we follow an Asian American couple that take a drive to a secluded area in the woods. When they arrive, they lay on an open field, stargaze, and create constellations. As they create images through the stars above, they relive memories of their past, both happy and sad.

I decided to try something different today, considering it's Valentines Day. The difference I found between this game and any other dating sim visual novel is that the characters bring up their mental health issues. This brings a new layer to the couple's dynamic, as if they are an acual real couple pouring all of their truths to the player. What surprised me mostly about this visual novel is how relatable the characters were. More than just their ethnic background, but their little quirks and interest reminded me of my own life. And I think that's when this game or any other game or film shines best. When you can relate with the characters you know that the creators have brought something truly special.
