The tricks I used to created the perfect Sword Swing animation for Scratch Cat after being inspired by watching "Game Endeavor's" awesome devlog.
Learn how to find Scratch Cat costumes. How to position the costumes for good rotation & Add white motion trails. Learn about rotational velocity and dampened spring physics, pivoting at the wrist to allow forward and backwards sword swiping.

As a devlog, I won't show all the code, but do feel free to follow along with the ideas and see if you too can create something awesome. If you want more detailed tutorials on these topics, then love the video and drop me a comment! But otherwise, enjoy the ride, and look forward to this game developing further, and being shared on Scratch. This is your chance to make a difference and take part in shaping a work in progress so keep those comments coming! Scratch On Guys!!!
