Press Win + R and enter this line
%Localappdata%\Cronos\Saved\Config\Windows
Drop the file from the archive named Engine.ini there.
Path to the folder where you need to drop the dlss file:
Path where you have \Cronos The New Dawn\Cronos\Plugins\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
And drop the nvngx_dlss.dll file there from the archive with the replacement.
