Path to the folder where you need to save the config file:
Press Win + R and enter this line:
%Localappdata%\SHf\Saved\Config\Windows
Drop the file named Engine.ini from the desired folder.
Path to the folder where you need to save the dlss file:
Path to your \SILENT HILL f\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\NVIDIA\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
And drop the nvngx_dlss.dll file there from the folder with the latest version of Dlss, replacing it.
