There we throw the file from the archive with the name Engine.ini.
The path to the folder where you need to throw the dlss file:
The path where you have \Hell is Us\HellIsUs\Plugins\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
And throw the file nvngx_dlss.dll from the archive with a replacement there.
