Getting over 70fps average with ultra everything except post processing needs to be on medium. I had to use windows dvr to record relive was a bigger hit in fps but you can see the settings are there add 10-15fps to what is shown.

Keep in mind most games get a few more fps than the video recording especially at 1440p 2-5 fps and 4K 5-10fps due to the FX 8370.
